Rubber foam insulation is a commodity until the installation decides otherwise. These are the four sectors we ship to most, and what the specification usually demands in each.

Chilled water, refrigerant lines, split and ducted air-conditioning, cold rooms and commercial refrigeration.

Hotels, airports, hospitals, offices, shopping complexes, metro stations and exhibition halls.

Chemical plants, shipyards and vessels, underground mining, electronics factories, process pipework.

Solar hot-water systems and oilfield gathering lines where UV and heat exposure demand a covered tube.
On chilled water the failure mode is not heat loss, it is surface condensation and mould. Closed-cell with μ ≥ 10,000 and a correctly sealed vapour barrier is the specification that survives five summers.
Commercial buildings in the Gulf and Europe increasingly ask for B1 or equivalent on the whole pipe run. Confirm the scope of the report before you commit to a class.
Outdoor and marine installations need a covered tube — fluorocarbon or aluminium-faced — or the foam degrades within two seasons.
Self-adhesive products cost more per metre and less per installed metre. On retrofit work the difference decides the bid.
Installation photographs and project references are added as customers release them. If you are a distributor and can share site photos, we will credit you.
