Six core products — tube, sheet and tape, each in black and in colour — plus four extended lines, all on the same closed-cell compounding. Dimensions in the table are standard stock; non-standard inner diameters and wall thicknesses are made to order.

Closed-cell tube in black or in colour, for chilled water, refrigerant lines and hot-water pipework.

Closed-cell NBR tube produced by continuous gel foaming, for copper and steel pipework in cooling and heating systems. Supplied in Class B and Class 0.

Pigment-dyed closed-cell tube for colour-coded systems: red marks heating lines, blue marks cooling, orange marks fire services, black is the standard colour. Colour coding is normally specified by the project — standard export orders ship in black.

The same closed-cell formulation in sheet form — plain, self-adhesive, or faced with reinforced aluminium foil for ducts, vessels and large-bore equipment.

Pigment-dyed closed-cell sheet from the same formulation, for colour-coded systems where the service of each line has to be identified at a glance. Supplied plain, self-adhesive or faced with aluminium foil.

NBR foam tape with adhesive and reinforcing mesh, for closing joints, wrapping bends and insulating irregular fittings where a tube cannot follow the geometry. Black is the standard colour; red, blue and other colours are produced to order. Two adhesive versions are produced: a mesh-reinforced adhesive that raises tensile and tear strength at a higher cost per metre, and a standard adhesive for the lower-cost option where strength is not critical.

The same NBR foam tape in pigment-dyed colours, for pipework that is colour-coded end to end — at the joints, fittings and bends as well as on the straight run. Width, thickness, roll length and adhesive options are identical to the black tape.
View details →Outside the six core products we also supply smooth and fluorocarbon-covered tube, flashing membrane and closed-cell sponge for specific jobs.

Fibre-free closed-cell tube with a vacuum-formed skin: smoother surface, less dust pickup and easier cleaning — for clean rooms, laboratories and exposed pipework.

NBR closed-cell core with a fluorocarbon fibre covering: anti-UV, anti-oxidation, waterproof, chemical-proof and abrasion resistant for outdoor and industrial lines.

Metal-film-protected bitumen and butyl flashing tapes for roof, wall and pipe-penetration details, plus self-sealing waterproofing membranes for building envelopes.

NR, CR, EPDM and SR closed-cell foam for water- and air-tight sealing, with high resilience for dynamic sealing and industrial rollers.
View details →Inner diameter 6–89 mm (1/4″–3-1/2″) · wall thickness 6–50 mm (1/4″–2″). Intermediate sizes produced on request.
Note: the GB 8624-2012 B1 (C-s3, d0, t1) type test we hold covers insulation sheet/board, not tube. Tube is supplied against the physical properties of GB/T 17794-2008, with grades designated Class 0 and Class B. Ask us for the current scope before quoting a fire classification for tube.
